We visit
Twenty minutes walking the premises with you. We measure the areas, agree what needs doing in each one and how often, and ask about access and hours.

You get a written specification
Room by room, with frequencies. One price for the work, and separate prices for periodic jobs like carpets so nothing arrives as a surprise.

We start, and you can see it
A named contact, a record of every visit, and photographs of the work. You know what was done and when without having to be there.

Most cleaning contracts go quiet after the first month and you find out there's a problem when someone complains. Ours don't work like that.
